The operating rhythm

Three moments. Three offerings. One standard of evidence.

Each DSQ offering is built for a specific moment in the governance cycle — and each strengthens the others.

BEFORE THE MEETING

Prepare

Upload the meeting's documents to the Captive Manager Portal. The Board Book Generator produces a section-by-section draft where every material statement cites its source passage.

IN THE MEETING

Decide

The board works from a book your team reviewed, edited, and finalized — with the evidence one click away. Decisions get recorded against what was actually in front of the board.

Inside the Captive Manager Portal

One subscription. A growing set of applications.

The Board Book Generator is the first application. Each application that follows plugs into the same workspace and the same documents — and is only billed when you use it.

Annual subscription + usage on 1 application · 4 not charged
Toggle the switches to see how usage billing follows what you actually use. This illustrates the model only — not a quote — and roadmap applications are not yet available.
Questions

Straight answers.

Does the AI write the board book?

It writes a draft, and every material statement in that draft cites the source passage it came from. Your team reviews, edits, finalizes, and decides what the board sees. The system prepares; people decide.

What am I actually charged for in the Portal?

An annual subscription for access to the Portal, plus usage fees on the AI applications you use. Usage is metered per application — if you never use one, it never appears on your bill. The subscription may increase annually as functionality increases.

Do I need to be in the Collaborative to use the Portal?

No. Each offering stands on its own. Many firms start with one and add another as it makes sense.
